Mark A Braganza
Mark is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in practice since 1985 after having completed his professional training with two eminent professional accounting firms in India, viz., Price Waterhouse and Lovelock & Lewes (both now part of Price Waterhouse Coopers).
He has hands on experience in GST and income tax, legal drafting, property registration including drafting, conveyancing and taxation, project finance and governmental clearances, foreign equity proposals and exchange control requirements.
He is well versed in legal drafting, vetting and advising on structures. He has undertaken India Entry Consultancy work for various clients in the engineering, food processing and software industries.
Besides being a Chartered Accountant, he is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (UK) and the Chartered Management Institute, U.K.

Thomas is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has 36 years of post-qualification experience, of which 34 years were in the profession and around 2 years in industry.
He was with Lovelock & Lewes (now part of Price Waterhouse Coopers), Chartered Accountants, for a good period of 12 years where he rose to become senior manager and later group manager. He was involved in the statutory/ tax audits of companies involved in a variety of industries, including an integrated steel plant, as well as in audits of trusts, clubs, etc. He successfully managed the audits of a public sector company involved in the exploration, production and transportation of crude oil and natural gas for two years.
He has handled the following types of assignments (apart from statutory / tax audits)

Valuation of business for mergers
Various certification assignments under central excise laws and under foreign collaboration agreements
Secretarial compliances under the Companies Act including drafting

Programme evaluation in the NGO sector for funding agencies etc.
He was earlier the Chief Accountant of a group of tea companies having 4 tea estates.
He holds a Diploma in Information Systems Audit and completed Certification courses on IFRS, Valuation, and Forensic & Fraud Prevention of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He is also a registered Insolvency Professional with the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India.

Malay Kumar Sengupta
Mr. Malay is a Fellow member of the ICAI with around 50 years of post-qualification experience
He was with Price Waterhouse (now PwC) since 1966 and joined MABACAS in 2002.
He was instrumental in setting up operations of Price Waterhouse in Bangalore.
He has been in charge of audits and liaison with the Government and MNC clients of Price Waterhouse, Bangalore office.

Ravishankar is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has done his articleship training with the firm and has been with the firm since 2007. After completing his professional studies and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, he joined the firm in 2013 and was admitted as a partner in December 2014.
